We hit our goal of raising $1000 for #showalohachallenge so look for our post this week with exact totals 🎉 🎉 🎉
Our intent was not only to raise money but also to provide something that isn’t currently offered. Now that Sig Zane has started selling masks we will discontinue selling ours. There are a couple of other things we’ve been working on but they’re still in prototype development.
"Being a family business, our mission is to treat everyone like they are family. It is the least we can do for our community who need us right now." - Chris Iwamura
Rainbow Drive-in will be donating 75 meals x 14 days (1050 total) and partnering with Every1ne Hawaii and HouseMart who have donated 2000+ masks and bags so that we can safely give masks with each meal.
HIFICU will continue @ShowAlohaChallenge t-shirt sales from 5/4-5/8. Visit our Kapolei, Kunia, Pearl City, and MAUI branches to buy a SAC shirt and HIFICU Health Kit for $20! Proceeds go to @ShowAlohaChallenge to provide meals to Hawaii's Kupuna!
Join us Saturday May 2nd for Zero Hour(s). A special live stream with some of your favorite local DJs bringing you a wide taste of sounds thoughtout the night.
We will have a virtual tip jar with ALL PROCEEDS benefiting the SHOW ALOHA CHALLENGE. They have been providing food for Hawaii's seniors and children through this global crisis.
"The Show Aloha Challenge has given our agency the great honor of connecting with other groups and volunteers to serve meals and be the human link during this time of social distancing. We are grateful to the funders/organizers, TIN ROOF and Zippy's. On behalf of the many Kupuna on Maui who have these received meals, MAHALO nui loa. You've been a Light in the dark."
