Can I get out of my vehicle?

How long is the show?
Enjoy a 15-20 minute leisurely drive through the light show. Following the show, you will have the option to purchase Show Aloha Land t-shirts as well as delicious meals from In-Tentz Grindz in a drive-thru. Park and enjoy dinner and a show while you make memories watching the 50-foot Mega Tree synchronized to 50 minutes of music.
How do I get into the show?
To avoid backups please come within your ticketed time. You will enter from Gate 3. Please have your QR code ready to be scanned. Tickets are only valid on specified date and time. You will be asked to exit and return if you arrive before your time slot.
Do I need a FM radio?
When you arrive at the Stadium please tune into FM 88.7 for the latest announcements.
To hear the music for the show you will need a working FM radio. Tune into FM 88.5 to hear the shows music.
How do I gift a ticket?
If you buy multiple tickets, you will receive multiple QR codes in an email. Please make sure to share the unique QR codes with your recipients by either printing them or by sharing them digitally as a picture. The QR codes are one-time use.
The email that you provided for your ticket confirmation will be the email we use to submit into the drawing for the new Ford vehicles.
Will there be more dates?
With enough demand more dates will be added. Dates that are sold out will show "Sold Out". We will be releasing more dates, so please visit often for updates or follow us on instagram. https://www.instagram.com/showalohachallenge/
I already bought my ticket, can I change the time slot?
We apologize but all sales are final. Due to the volume of tickets sold, it's not possible to handle date changes efficiently. You can give your ticket to someone else, as long as they have the QR code they will be able to get in.
Can I bring a truck?
As long as you following the law of the roads. Passengers are allowed to sit in a truck bed only if there is no seating available in the cab, as it is all taken. Anyone in the bed of the truck MUST be 13 years of age or older and the tailgate must be closed.
Am I limited to 5 people?
The number of passengers allowed in a vehicle is dictated by the number of seat belts available. Due to CDC recommendations no more than five passengers per vehicle unless from the same household. Example: a car with five seat belts can only hold five passengers.
Will there be restrooms?
There will be portable restrooms in the Mega Tree Lot which will be accessible after you complete the 15-20 minute drive thru show. Please remember to wear your mask when you exit your vehicle and to wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Missing time slots?
If the time slot you are looking for is not showing up, it means that time slot has been sold out. We appreciate your participation and hope you purchase another time slot.

Is there a heigh limit?
Your vehicle can not be higher than 12 feet tall.
How do I win the trucks?
After the show is completed, we will take the email addresses and randomly draw winners. Winners will be contacted and do not need to be present to win.
Deleted the Email with the QR Code?
You will get a reminder email with your ticket 48 hours before your scheduled day. Please check your spam filters to make sure the ticket is not lost.
What's the speed limit?
Please do not go over 5 mph on property. There are many staff and guest walking and it is very dark, so please drive slowly.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed as long as they do not leave your vehicle.
Show Aloha Land – A Holiday Wonderland From First Hawaiian Bank
Show Aloha Land – A Holiday Wonderland, From First Hawaiian Bank, is a great way to celebrate the holidays with family and friends! Get ready to drive through a dazzling display of one million LED lights choreographed to holiday music at the Aloha Stadium.
The excitement begins on Nov. 27, with a show every half hour. Pick a date and select a time slot, beginning at 6:30 pm. To ensure you have a delightful experience, we’re limiting the number of vehicles for each time slot.
Top off your evening with ono plate lunches from the Show Aloha Challenge food booths conveniently stationed at Aloha Stadium.

Ticket and event information:
WARNING: This show contains flashing lights and rapidly changing or alternating images which have the potential to trigger seizures for people with Photosensitive Epilepsy or other photo sensitivities as well as migraines or dizziness.
Ticket holders must present their confirmation email with the QR code, you may either print out the confirmation email or show it on your phone. For contactless ticketing you may show the code through the window. If you need to roll down the window please wear a face mask.
Tickets are only valid on specified date and time. Ticket holders must arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled time.
If you arrive other than your scheduled time, you will be redirected to exit the event and asked to return at your scheduled time.
Event is rain or (moon) shine. No refunds or exchanges.
No more than 5 people per vehicle unless you are from the same household.
Please abide by all applicable driving laws, and drive safely.
(1) Ticket will allow (1) vehicle entrance. No commercial vehicles, motorcycles, or mopeds! You will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
To hear the music that the show is synchronized to you will need to tune your car radio to the FM station noted when driving in.
It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to drive through the light show. Please no stopping.
There are emergency exits throughout the show in case of emergency.
All occupants of vehicles must remain in their vehicles while driving through the light show, no exceptions!!!
Pictures are allowed and encouraged; the driver must refrain from taking pictures in order to operate their vehicle safely.
There will be Show Aloha Land t-shirts and take out food for sale in a drive-thru fashion after the show.
To adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines and to help keep everyone safe you are to remain in your vehicle at all times and wear a face mask when interacting with staff. You may only exit your vehicle to use the portable toilets but must wear a face covering and keep 6 feet away from others.
